Model introduction:
CO2 RF laser is a kind of gas laser, the laser wavelength is 10.64nm, belongs to the mid infrared band. CO2 laser has high power and photoelectric conversion rate. Carbon dioxide laser uses carbon dioxide as its working material, and auxiliary gases such as carbon dioxide are used to fill the discharge tube. When high voltage is applied to the electrode, glow discharge occurs in the discharge tube, which makes the gas molecules release laser. After the laser beam is expanded and focused, it is processed by the deflection scanning mirror.
