Installation site and environmental requirements

ML-CF-6025FB the optical fiber laser cutting machine should be installed on the ground of the independent ventilation operation room with the diameter of no less than 15700 x 4980 x 2500 (mm). The ground is horizontal, hard and solid (the ground bearing capacity is not less than 600-800kg / m2), shockproof, and laser protection signs are pasted at the door.

• The lighting in the operation room is in good condition, and there should be no interference of strong vibration and strong electromagnetic field equipment within 20 meters around the equipment.
• The environmental temperature should be between 15 ℃ and 30 ℃ to ensure that the equipment is in the best working condition. The room temperature is required to be stable, and air conditioning should be installed.
• The relative humidity should be below 70% and relatively dry.
• In order to ensure that the air in the equipment operation room is clean, the customer should establish the exhaust system according to the site conditions after the equipment installation and commissioning.
